Q. How long do you get to play?
A. At our busy times we allow 2 hours stay so everyone gets a chance to play.
Q. Do you provide Disabled access?
A. Yes. We have spaces in the car park for disabled users. Hippodome has large entry doors, ramps throughout the building and a disabled wc.
Q. Do you have Wifi?
A. Yes. Hippodome provides free Wifi to customers. Just ask a member of staff for the password.
Q. Is the parking at Hippodome pay and display?
A. No. Hippodome offers free parking within its own car park and also in the overflow car park.
Q. Can you pay by card?
A. Yes. Hippodome accepts all main credit and debit cards free of charge.
Q. How do i recieve the latest special offers from Hippodome?
A. We send out text alerts to customers who have signed up. All you need to do is text "hippo" to 82055. Also come join us on Facebook to be the first to know about Hippodome's special events and offers.
Q. Do you offer any discounts for childminders?
A. Yes. All we ask you to do is fill in a form at reception and we will create you a pass to give you reduced price entry for every child.
Q. Do you offer any discounts for groups such as schools or youth clubs?
A. Yes. We are able to offer competitive discounts for groups that wish to come for a play at Hippodome or hold a party here. Please contact Mark on 01253 723341 for more information.
Q. Is there any days Hippodome is closed?
A. Hippodome only closes two days a year and this is Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Q. Do adults pay for entry?
A. No. Hippodome does not charge for adults... and they can play too!
